When my career started over a decade ago as an actor, if only I knew what I
know now and am about to share with you, my flight to the top would have
taken a different and more pleasant route.
Ok!
Audition and casting calls is an essential and unavoidable part for an actor.
Let me emphasis that even the big star actors still attend audition. And what
this means by implication is that for you as an aspiring actor, avoiding
audition is not particularly a very brilliant idea, rather I would advice you to
master it and become one of those who are not scared of it but are using it to
further their career.
And this is exactly what this blog is meant to achieve.
Audition is just to check to see who fits into what the production crew has in
mind or are about to embark upon.
It is not a firing squad like most young actors believe erroneously.
